I dont know much about it but have a book with pictures of him sitting in his car looking like a lost puppy. Really, I think if he killed 22 people there would have been a few more clues. Also, common sense would say just by looking at him that he didnt do it. Im not saying that looks are everything and he could be guilty, but combined with the fact that he supposedly killed 22 other people you would have thought there would be a few more clues.

The book I have says other evidence was that he had books on how to beat lie detectors as he’d agreed to do one. We’ll, im not a serial killer but im sure id Google that sort of stuff before I went into an interview, you’d be a fool not to. Doesnt imply guilt whatsoever.

Also the book says that he was generally calm throughout all interviewing, so the extended their psychological pressure into the court room. They hammered away for over two hours and then, as the book says, in a calculated fashion, after keeping the pressure up and tension they ‘invaded his personal space’ and ‘touched him’ in court, saying in a low voice ‘did you panic wayne, when you killed those kids’. This caused him to explode into a rant calling the FBI goons and such and was a critical turn in conviction as up until then they had not seen his ‘violent’ side. Really? I think id explode after being treated like that under those circumstances!!!

None of it makes sense. Definalty needs revaluating.

I came across your article and found your analysis really interesting. The case you referenced from the New York Times is that of Natasha Alexenko, whose perpetrator Victor Rondon was finally caught 15 1/2 years after the crime was committed. Natasha went on to form a nonprofit organization called Natasha’s Justice Project that in addition to eliminating the backlog of untested rape kits, as was the case with hers, the organization seems to remove the statute of limitations on sexual assault.

Perhaps there was some science behind the statute but with today’s DNA evidence sitting on shelves collecting dust many rape kits are incinerated before they’re even tested for DNA because the statute has expired.
